Return/Exchange Policy

Postal Issues - up to 7 Days After Estimated Delivery Date

  • Your item arrived damaged during transit
  • Your item didn't arrive or was lost in the mail by USPS/ courier

Entitled to full refund if item is lost by courier. If item arrived damaged during transit, a label will be proved for you if you can provide us with a photo of how the package arrived. If the courier (USPS) denies damage during transit you will be fully responsible for any of the cost associated. You will have up to 14 business days to mail back the item. Once inspected and deemed damaged during transit, a full refund will be provided. 

Returns & Exchange - up to 30 Days After Delivery Date
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is part of a promotional deal, all items must be returned, failure to do so will result in denial of the request. We do not cover damage caused by customers, damaged item in these situation will not be eligible for returns and exchangeIf the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to half of the order value. Exchange is only allowed for new and unused in its original packaging.

Cancellations- Before Order Has a Tracking Number

We strive to deliver the product as fast as possible, orders are processed within 1 business day. Cancellation must be requested before tracking is provided.
